As a highly experienced, EMDR trained, client centred therapist, I am deeply committed to helping clients identify and draw upon their own internal resources to create solutions that are empowering and purposeful. I strongly believe that each one of us has the ability to grow when faced with difficulties-- we just need some extra support and guidance along the way.

As a Registered Psychotherapist and certified EMDR clinician with over 25 years experience, I have had the honour of working with individuals, couples, families, children and teens who are seeking psychotherapy for a variety of issues that are impacting their lives such as:
